What you can expect from Kadam, and what it expects of you.
1. What Kadam is
Kadam helps adults find people to train with, and plan sessions together. It is not a dating service, and it does not organise, supervise or insure the sessions people arrange. You decide whether to meet someone, where and when, and you are responsible for your own choices and your own safety.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or over.
- One person, one account, with your own name and a mobile number that is yours.
- You must verify a mobile number to join or post a session.
3. The community rule
Everyone accepts this before their first meeting (version 2026-10-09).
This is not a dating app. It is for finding people to train with.
- Respect people’s pace, body and choices.
- No romantic or sexual advances, and no comments about bodies.
- If something crosses the line, report it. It takes two taps.
What happens: 2 upheld reports of romantic or sexual pressure end an account. A person reads every report and makes the decision; nothing is removed by software alone. The person reported is not told who reported them.
4. What you may not do
- Harass, threaten or pressure anyone, or ask for or share anything sexual.
- Pretend to be someone else, or to be a different pace or ability than you are.
- Photograph or film another person without asking.
- Use Kadam to sell something, to advertise, or to recruit.
- Try to get around a block, a removal or the number check.
5. Reports, blocks and removal
You can block anyone and report any person, message or photo from the screen it appears on. We tell you what we decided and why. If we remove content or an account, we tell the person and give the reasons, and they can ask us to look again. 6. Your content
You keep what you post. You give Kadam permission to show it to the people it is meant for, as the product works, and for no other purpose.
7. Leaving
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, as described above.
8. Where we are not responsible

9. Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app tells you and asks you to accept again. Dutch law applies. [[TODO: competent court and any consumer-law wording, from the lawyer]]
