Delete your account

You can delete your account and your data yourself, in the app, in one step.

In the app

1. Open Kadam.
2. Go to Settings, then Withdraw consent & delete account.
3. Type your first name to confirm, then choose Delete my account.

It happens at once and cannot be undone. Your profile, training data, plans, messages and consent history are removed. See the privacy policy for what is kept, and for how long.

If you cannot open the app

Write to privacy@getkadam.com from the email address you signed in with, and ask us to delete the account. We confirm it is you, delete it, and tell you when it is done. This takes no more than one month, and is usually quicker.

What deleting does not do

• Plans you posted are removed for everyone who had joined them, and messages you sent are removed from the chats they were in.
• It does not remove a report you made about someone. The report stays, without your name, so that it can still be looked at.
• If an account was removed for breaking the community rule, a one-way fingerprint of its email address and mobile number is kept so that the removal holds. An ordinary deletion keeps no such fingerprint.
