I need help with the app
Write to support@getkadam.com. Say which phone you use and what you were doing. Please do not send your password; there is none.
I want to report something
In the app, open the person, message or photo and choose “Report a problem”. It takes two taps and nothing needs writing. The other person is never told it was you.
If you do not have an account, or you saw something on another route, use the form below or write to dsa@getkadam.com. In an emergency, call 112 first.
Notice of illegal content or conduct
This is the notice-and-action route under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. We confirm that we received it, decide, and tell you the decision and the reasons.
Write to dsa@getkadam.com and include:
- what it is, and where you saw it (the address of the page, or the name of the person and the plan);
- why you think it is illegal or breaks the community rule;
- your name and email address, so that we can answer (not needed for some serious offences);
- a sentence saying you believe, in good faith, that what you have written is accurate and complete.
